He is survived by: his child Ainsleigh Siertsema; his mother Doreen Siertsema; and his siblings, Bert Siertsema (Betty Ann), Mike Siertsema (Deb), Anita Langdon (Mike) and Yolanda Culbert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
