She was predeceased by: her former husband John Stanley Cook; her husband William F Buchanan; her sons, Peter and George; her siblings, Mae Cowie, Pat Mason (Pearl), Jim Mason, Archie Mason, George'Mike'Mason and Gordon Mason; her grandson James Cook; and her children-in-law, Paul Josling and Debbie Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Cook, Bill McDougall, Connie, Kevin Tasker, Dianne Josling, Stephen Cook, Maryanne Fitzgerald, Ernie Dale, Sam, Vickie Cook, Susan Dale and Charles East; and her siblings-in-law, Al Cowie, Erma Mason and Nellie Mason.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Riverside Funeral Home - Blyth (407 Queen St, Blyth, ON N0M1H0). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
