He is survived by: his sons, Ralph, Michael (Jane) and Mark Hoba (Andrea); his grandchildren, Andrew and Christine; his stepgrandchildren, Kristie, Dan, Amy, Darcy, Meagan and Bruno; and his siblings-in-law, Erhard, Erika Kopp of British Columbia and Helga Kopp of Germany.
