She was predeceased by: her son James Leslie Cook; and her parents, Leslie Dale and Shirley Dale (Graham). She is survived by: her husband Stephen Cook; her children, Michelle, Kyle Courtney of Exeter, Darcey and Kandace Cook of Lucan; her grandchildren, Lucas, Logan, Lincoln, Sophia and Hannah; and her siblings, Susan (Barry Bromley), Tresa Bromley (Linda Lamont), Gordon (Kathy Dale) and Ernie Dale (Maryanne Fitzgerald). She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Due to Provincial COVID-19 restrictions, each person must RSVP for the visitation.
