In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Fred leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Fred may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his son Christopher; his parents, Fred Andrews and Alice Andrews; and his siblings, Jack and Shirley.

He is survived by: his significant other Joyce Noble; his children, Wayne and Kimberly; his brother Cliff; and his significant other's sons, Paul and Brian. He is also survived by his six grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
