She is survived by: her parents, Cory Chapman and Kelsey Carter of Brussels; her grandparents, Terry, Tracy Carter of Exeter, Doug and Laurie Chapman of Bluevale; her aunts and uncles, Keshia Carter, Travis Dye of Exeter, Chase and Breanne Chapman of Lucknow; and her cousins, Harlyn, Graham, Blake and Brett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Victoria Hospital in London (Children's Health Foundation) would be appreciated.
