He was predeceased by: his sibling Sandy Rutherford; and his father-in-law Bill Rutherford. He is survived by: his wife Heather Campbell; his children, Billi, Stephen Prinzen, Scott and Anastasia Campbell; his siblings, Ron, Diane Campbell, Terry Rutherford, Wendy and Dean Goodman; his mother-in-law Helen Rutherford; and his stepparent-in-law Alle Wagenaar. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
