He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his children, Jamie (Meredith) of London, UK, Scott (Michelle) of Los Angeles, California and Brad (Jennifer) of Toronto; his grandchildren, Athena, Ziggy, Gabby, Izzy and Luke; his sister Jean Annis of Toronto; and his pet Heidi.
