She was predeceased by: her parent Ora Folkins. She is survived by: her parent Clara Folkins (Goggin); her husband Reginald; her children, Kimberly Mahoney of Bellville, ON, Susan Anderson (Dennis) of Norton, Kevin Mahoney (Heidi) of Bloomfield and Kenneth Mahoney (Cathy) of Erb Settlement; her sisters, Jean Thorne, Alward Thorne of Woodstock, Marilyn Thorne (Eldon) of Sussex Corner and Grace Folkins of Roachville; and her grandchildren, Keira, Colton, Derek, Erin, Connor and Madison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations in memory of Dawna may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation or to the memorial of the donor's choice.
