She is survived by: her husband David; her children, John Jacobs Jr., Cheryl Jacobs and Joey Jacobs; her grandchildren, Sara, Sierra, Sky and Silas; her sisters, Edna, Norma and Teeny; and her close friends, Elaine and Marcella. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
