He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Allison and Evelyn Eileen Butcher (Williams); his stepfather Ken Butcher; and his sister Darlene. He is survived by: his wife Carol Allison; his children, Heather (Jordan), Stephanie, Melissa (Steve), Jason and John (Rose); his grandchildren, Michael, Jake, Josh, David, Nolan, Austin and Aiden; and his siblings-in-law, Ross (Annette), Cheryl (Joe) and Mike (Janice). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, niece, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Donations made in memory of Wayne to the Chatham Kent Hospice Foundation, Chatham Kent Health Alliance Oncology Department or the Blenheim Youth Bowling League would be appreciated.
