She was predeceased by: her father Alfred; her sons-in-law, Donald MacNinch, John Highgate and Bryan Law; her grandchild Chris MacNinch; and her siblings, Jim, Harvey, Henry, Clements St, Pierre, Simone Lucier and Rita Kingston.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Spence; her children, Grace MacNinch, Louise Highgate, Bruce, Andrea Ellison, Sheryl Law, Kenneth and Dale Ellison; her grandchildren, Terry MacNinch (Sharon), Todd MacNinch (Shanna), Brent Smith (Margaret), Jay Smith (Pam), Erin Gott (John), Craig Law (Lindsay), Chad Law (Stace), Amy Thomas (Nigel), Lisa Hickey (Ryan) and Stephen Ellison (Sandy); her sister Ula Boose; and her caregiver Kerri.
