She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Ethel and Lloyd Hazlett. She is survived by: her children, William Wardle (Rose), Richard Hazlett and Tiffany Wardle (Kyle); her grandchildren, Paisley, Aloy, Ellie-Rose, Natalie, Ryder and Chloe; her parents, Tom Hazlett (Helen Reeves) and Eleanore Dease (Ken); her sisters, Pennie McVicar (Terry) and Pamela Hazlett; and her grandmother Helen Hazlett. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and several nieces and nephews.
