She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robert and Althea Robert (Cadotte); her husband Earl W. J. Gray; her son Earl W. Gray, Jr.; her son-in-law Robert Hardie; her grandchildren, Felicia Hardie and Brent Gordon; and her siblings, Eileen Thibault (Joe), June Cartier (late Ovila) and Bert Robert (late Patricia).
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Russelo of Chatham and Patricia Lynn Gray (Hardie) of Alberta; her grandchildren, Tammy Chouinard, Nicole Weber (Alex), Joel Sheldon, Megan Brekelemans, Gerrid Hardie and Fallon Hardie; her siblings, Mildred Sterling (late Roland), Noreen Hunter (Ed) and Melvin Robert (Carol); and her sister-in-law Fern Gray (late Carl). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
Donations made in memory of Ruth to the Make a Wish Foundation and Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
