He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gladstone and Elizabeth Gladstone; his wife Dorothy Gladstone; and his siblings, Annie, Garnet Wright and Olive.

He is survived by: his sons, John Paul Gladstone (Jackie) of Blenheim, Michael Gladstone (Krista) of Rondeau and Gregg Gladstone (Robin) of Port Stanley; his grandchildren, John Gladstone, Skye Mailing (Kyle), Darian, Drake and Raven Gladstone; and his great grandchildren, Hallie, Charlie and Annie.
