She was predeceased by: her parents, George Prout and Ethel Prout (Wood); her husbands, Herbert Russell and Don Cowley; her son James Lyle Russell; her siblings, Shirley and Harold (Johanna Prout); and her stepsons, Max Cowley (Elaine) and Mark Cowley.
She is survived by: her children, Kim Ward (Tom) and Steven Russell; her stepchildren, Dianne, Peter Moffat and Pam Cowley; and her sister Eleanore Dease (Ken).
