She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Annie Ryan; her parents, William Vanderloo and Catherine Vanderloo; her siblings, Harry, John, Tony and Annie; and her sister-in-law Maggie.

She is survived by: her husband Dave Townsend; her children, Sadie (Shawn Lee), David (Jessica Townsend) and Stephanie (Scott Ryan); her grandchildren, Garrett, Emmett, Hollie, Charlotte, Max, Hank and Ben; and her siblings, Mary Birkenheur (late Nick), Willie (Louise Vanderloo), Patricia (Harry VandenBoomen) and Joe Vanderloo.
