It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joanne Sullivan (Blenheim, Ontario), who passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Dries and Rose Dries; and her brothers, Charlie (late Sandy), Joe (late Terry) and Ray (Lorraine Haskell).
She is survived by: her children, Gerry Sullivan (Martha), Karen Sullivan (Michelle Simpson), Mike Sullivan (Deb) and Ron Sullivan (Leanne); her grandchildren, Shaun Sullivan, Maddy Sullivan, Kevin Gevaert, Brian Gevaert, Rachel, Lavonne, Jessie and Phoebe Simpson; her siblings, Elaine Dillon (late Dan) and Ed Dries (late Liz); her siblings-in-law, David Cree (late Helen Dries), Betty Lister (Henry) and Bob Sullivan (Beth); and her cousins, Bonnie, David Nicholson, Sheila, Blair Clark and Edward VanRossen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blenheim Community Funeral Home (53 Stanley St, Blenheim, ON N0P1A0). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (95 Marlborough St N, Blenheim, ON N0P1A0).
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Chatham Kent Hospice or Blenheim Medical Health Hub would be greatly appreciated.
