He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Jack and Mildred Jack; and his son Lee Jack. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Lorie Johnstone (Rob) of Stoney Point, Lisa Bensmail (Bruno) of Vancouver Island and Lynn Verite (Christophe) of St. Martin; his grandchildren, Dylan, Jessie, Gabrielle, Carson, Kate, Sydney, Alban, Priscilla and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Mabel, Alice, Raphael and Caius; and his sister Betty Dawson of Chatham.
