He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Scoyne and Nona Scoyne (Burchiel); his brother Gordon Scoyne (Madeline) of Florida; his grandchildren, Jason Segeren (Josselynne), Melissa Al-Jaishi (Ahmed) and Maggie Segeren (Nick Armstrong); his great grandchildren, Emma Segeren, Adam Al-Jaishi and Lena Al-Jaishi; and also Daniel Segeren (late Diane).

He is survived by: his wife Alice Scoyne (Segeren); and also, Leo Segeren (Pauline), Toni Ouellette (Leo), Deanna Segeren (late Joseph), Bert Segeren (Annie), Eunice Segeren (late Pete), Carol Segeren (late William) and Sue Segeren (late Bob).
