She was predeceased by: her parents, Wallace Galloway and Leta Galloway (Stirling); her husband Leonard Pickering; her brother Blake Galloway (Vera); and her parents-in-law, Ella Brooks, Gordon, Lena Pickering and Evelyn Warriner.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Winter of Chatham and Janet Pickering of McKay's Corners; her grandchildren, Shawn Winter (Andrea), Sarah Winter (Daryn) and Susan Simpson (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Aiden, Alicia, Kelton Winter, Teagan, Ally Maxwell, Brooklyn and Case Simpson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
