She was predeceased by: her parents, Catharina Heuvelmans and Johannes Heuvelmans (late Susie VanVugt); her siblings-in-law, Angelina, Elizabeth, Theo Heuvelmans (Ann), John Heuvelmans (Lorraine), Gerard Heuvelmans and Lorne Avery; and her in-laws, Case, Tony VanUden (Willy), Corry, John VanUden (Truus), Theo, John Ermers, Piet Ermers, Hank Ermers, Sjaak Ermers, Gerit Ermers and Riek Ermers.
She is survived by: her husband Cornelius Ermers; her children, Kathleen Bridgen (Tim), Jennifer Ceccacci (John), Brian Ermers (Janet) and Kevin Ermers (Amy); her grandchildren, Ryan (Pam), Corey (Vicki), Celia (Andrew), Scott (Danika), Olivia, Julia, Noah, Ayden, Lexi, Charlotte, Lily, Norah, Lucy, Maximus, Jasper and Jude; her siblings-in-law, Ann Dorssers (late Andrew), Chris Heuvelmans (late Phyllis), Mary Vandenberg (late Harry), Cathy Denomy (late Jude), Leo, Carol Heuvelmans, Martin VanRaay, Eppie VanDerMolen, Harry, Brenda VanVugt, Dan VanVugt, Nelly and John Templin; her in-laws, Yvonne, Nevio Novacco, Fred, Marg VanUden, Tiny VanUden, Nico DeJong, Mary Ermers, Willy and Thea Ermers; and her sister Rosa of The Netherlands. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blenheim Community Funeral Home (53 Stanley St, Blenheim, ON N0P1A0). A prayer was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (95 Marlborough St N, Blenheim, ON N0P1A0).
