It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frank Vlasschaert (Blenheim, Ontario), born in Morpeth, Ontario, who passed away on November 4, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Vlasschaert and Helena Vlasschaert (Gerry); his daughter Dr. Janet McElhaney; his siblings, Austin, Angela DeBruyn and Loretta Rusal; and the mother of his children Millicent Warren.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda (Nicholson); his children, Paul (Bonnie), Terry Godbout (Norm), Carol Maier (Nick), Dan (Jocelyn) and Peter (Wendy); his daughter-in-law Marion Briggs; his stepchildren, Cyndy Jeffery (Paul), Lisa Shoopman (Mark Zayne) and Todd Solarik (Suzanne); and his son Ltd. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank can be made to the Windsor Humane Society or Chatham Kent Hospice.
