Frank touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his brother Franciscus Vercouteren (Frank); his parents, Theodore Vercouteren Sr. and Wilhelmina Luke (Alida Pijpers); his wife Theresa (Geelen); and his siblings, Maria and Alfred.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Fulkerson and Michael Vercouteren; his grandchildren, Tanner, Megan, Erica, Amanda and Kyle; his great grandchildren, Dexter and Lennon; and his siblings, Marie, Theodore Jr. (Mary Ellen) and Alida Jacobs (Ronald). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
