She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Storey and Lenetta Storey (Horner); her husband John Walker Ward; her siblings, Ruth and Charles; and her sibling-in-law Shirley Green.

She is survived by: her children, Linda Dianne Goddeeris (Derick), John Paul Ward (Michelle) and David Ross Ward; her grandchildren, Carey Ann Marshall (Richard), Gilbert-John Goddeeris (Krista), Matthew David Ward (Bree) and Rachel Elizabeth Kirkconnell (Ben); and her sisters-in-law, Leora Rodwell and Blanche Burke.

Friends wishing to remember her with a memorial donation are asked to consider the Salvation Army.
