He is survived by: his wife Lana; his brothers, Roger of Chatham, Tim (Christine) and Eric (Beth); his nieces and nephews, Cameron, Tyler, Taylor, Warren, Crystal and Amber; his stepsons, Lee and Andrew; his stepgrandchild Kyle; and his siblings, Heather (Bob) and Tom.
