James Russell Picken Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Russell Picken (Blackstock, Ontario), who passed away on July 10, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Bonnie; and his sister Thelma. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Stropnicka of Blackstock; his children, Felisha, Colleen, Crystal, Lisa and Terry; and his siblings, Eveyln, Ruth, Bernice, Gladys, Roy, Richard, Wilson and Stanley. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
