She was predeceased by: her brother Leonard MacLeod. She is survived by: her husband Grant Mitchell of Blackstock; her children, Tracy Staniland (Bill), Steve Staniland (Karen) and Mike Staniland (Rachelle); her grandchildren, Jack, Julia, Luke and Olivia; and her siblings, Helen Johnson (late Doug), Jo Ann Hunter, Bonnie Charuk, Jim MacLeod (Glenna), Randy MacLeod (Donna) and Sheila Carr. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
