It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Betty Phillips in Belmont, Ontario, born in Thorold, Ontario, who passed away on January 26, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Morris and Florence Morris; her husband Ernest Mathew Phillips; and her siblings, Marion, Wes, Roger, Raymond, Bob and Ron.

She is survived by: her siblings, Patricia Cecchin and Reggie Morris; her daughters, Penny Skalba Debbie (Rod) and Deanna Skalba (Brad); and her grandchildren, Randy (Kim), Jasmine, Nicola (Aaron), Dillon, Nathan, Coldynn, Brooklyn and Isabella. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
