He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Rowe and Tressa Rowe; his wife Phyllis Rowe; his children, Lyn Wright (Rick), Roxanne Steffens (late Barry) and Bill Rowe (Jheri); and his sister Sharon McCullough. He was also cherished by his 9 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
