“I met Bill when I was four, he was my grandma's neighbor and while he was considered an "odd duck" he was the sweetest man ever and beyond easy to talk to. He offered to teach me how to paint, I used to talk his ear off in true yappy kid fashion and he was always happy to tell me all about art, flowers and the like. As I've gotten older and moved out of the building I still had family living nearby and over the years he got to meet my daughter! He was a pretty cool old man, definitely missed”
