He is survived by: his wife Faye Evans; his children, Lee-Ann, Jackie (Derek) and Michael (Patricia); his grandchildren, Mark (Emily), Katy (Chris), David, Michelle and Corey (Crystal); his great grandchildren, Joe, Sophie, Cameron, Jacob, Blayne, Destiny, Devonte, Dasia, Hayleigh, Damien and Brayden; his sister Hazel; and his nieces, Allison, Gaynor and Chrissy.
