He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Parks and Rita Parks. He is survived by: his wife Claudette Parks; his son Jeff Parks (Amy); his grandchild Tori Parks; and his siblings, Arlene, Marilyn, Bill, David, Gary and Sue. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
