He was predeceased by: his spouse Carolynne Margaret Bateman. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Benjamin (Derek) of Consecon, Laura Bateman of Kingston and Mark Bateman of Consecon; his adoptive daughter Penelope Clarke; his grandchildren, James Benjamin, Judy Benjamin and Janice Benjamin; and his sister Sheila Moore (Bill) of Campbellford.
