He was predeceased by: his parents, Aileen Skinkle and Tim Skinkle (Cecil); his sister Bonnie McKeown; his father-in-law Don Sills; and his sister-in-law Donna Davidson.

He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sons, Josh Skinkle (Melissa) of Stirling, Luke Skinkle (Amanda) of Stirling and Christopher Skinkle of Belleville; his grandchildren, Grayson, Brooklyn, Natalie and Brent Skinkle; his sisters, Anna Bell Simpson (Robert) of Stirling and Marilyn Skinkle of Belleville; and his siblings-in-law, Kenneth McKeown of Stirling, Carol Foote (George) of Roslin and Bonnie Harrison (Ron) of Foxboro. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
