It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas DeRushie (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on April 2, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas DeRushie to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Bowler; and his sister Cheryl DeRushie (Haans). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie DeRushie; his daughters, Melissa DeRushie (Josh Paivio) and Meghan DeRushie (Nathan Mohammed); his siblings, Don DeRushie (Margaret), Debbie Aide (Keith) and John DeRushie; his in-laws, John and Kay Young; and his sister-in-law Tammy Young (Allan).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Steele Funeral Home (30 Moira St W, Belleville, ON K8P1S2).
In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Quinte Health Oncology or the Humane Society Hastings Prince Edward would be appreciated by the family.
