He was predeceased by: his parents, Embury Hough and Lorna Hough; and his brother Robert Hough. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Rodriguez; his children, Richard Hough, Jessica Dorais and Melissa Hough; his stepdaughter Leanne Adams; and his grandchildren, Phoebe Potvin, Edison and Leo Dorais. He is also survived by his family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
