She was predeceased by: her parents, Buddy Simpson and Shirley Simpson (Whitmore); her husband Kirk Brant; and her sisters, Shelley Simpson-Jensen (Steve) and Linda Simpson.
She is survived by: her siblings, Brenda Spencer (Al), Debbie Childs (Paul), Betty Simpson (Darren) and Barry Simpson; her grandchildren, Brayden, Bryannah and Brandi Vandervelde; and her friend Bryne Brown. She is also survived by extended family and many friends.
If desired memorial donations can be made to Hospice Quinte or Canadian Mental Health Associations (Back to Home Program), would be greatly appreciated by family.
