We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2021, at the age of 94, Ruth Alverda (McLatchie) Boardman-Chisolm in Belleville, Ontario, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Alice Lynch and Roy Herbert McLatchie; her husbands, Kenneth Boardman and Don Chisholm; her daughter Susan Burt; and her brother Robert McLatchie.

She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Boardman (Jo) and Stuart Boardman (Elaine); her son-in-law Trevor Burt; her stepchildren, Shirley Sutherland (Terry), Mary Lou Cassidy (Brian) and Harvey Chisholm (Peggy); her grandchildren, Christopher, Kira, Erika, Katie, Brent, Blair and Kimberley; her stepgrandchildren, Steven, Michael, Joel, Julie, Patrick, Blair, Whitney and Jordan; and her caregivers, Affiliate and Prince Edward-Hastings. She is also survived by her many great grandchildren.
