He was predeceased by: his mother Jean MacDonald; and his siblings, James, Donald and Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Maxine; his children, Michael (Valerie), Jeffrey (Susan) and Lori Anne; his sister Judy Boyd; and his father James MacDonald. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
