It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rita Pauline Bailey of Belleville, Ontario, who passed away on May 23, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Madigan and Theresa Madigan; and her siblings, Helen, Bill, Buck, Charles and Harold.

She is survived by: her children, Terry Dezan (Wade) and Mitch Bailey (Deb); her grandchildren, Amber, Ryan (Ashley), Jayme-Lynn (Robert), Melissa (Matthew), Nelson, Billy and Teddy; and her sister Annie. She is also survived by extended family and her many friends.
