He was predeceased by: his children, Christopher Hogan (Rebecca) and Erin Swackhammer (Nick); his parents, John Hogan and Gladys Hogan (Campbell); and his brother Dennis Hogan.

He is survived by: his wife Judy Hogan (Graves); his son Anthony Hogan (Shaney); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Madison, Taylor and Annika; and his siblings, Margaret St (Wayne), Peter Hogan (Barb), Jeneanne Hodgkisson (Jamie Whibley) and John Hogan. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
