He is survived by: his parents, Sylvio Blouin and Marie-Laure Blouin; his wife Helene Samuelson; his children, Rebecca Virkutis (Rob) and Shaun-Paul Blouin; his siblings, Odette, Brigitte, Celine, Marc and Denis (Lise); and his grandchildren, Eloise and Caleb.
