She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Alford and Harriet Alford; her husband Gerald Thompson; and her daughter Victoria "Vicki" Thompson. She is survived by: her children, Dale Thompson (Connie) of Madoc, Larry Thompson of Belleville and Julie Blamires (Matthew) of New Zealand; her grandchildren, Jeremy Thompson (Sarah), Benjamin Thompson (Erin), Kristin Lockwood (Jason), Jamal Demorest, Billy Blamires and Samuel Blamires; her great grandchildren, Dehlia, Effie, Blake and Abigail; and her sister Marjorie Montgomery (Allan) of Belleville. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
