With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Monique Marie Lise Pericak (Belleville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2024 at the age of 89. She was predeceased by: her husband George Pericak. She is survived by: her sons, Dave (Lynne), Rick (Robbi) and Ken (Kelly); her grandchildren, Aleina (late Rob), Marissa (Eric), Carly, Sidney (Josh), Kyle (Kara), Ryan (Shannon) and Kelsey (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Josh, Walker, Logan, Gage, Avery, Jack, Oliver, Luke, Taylor, Riley, Finn and Adeline.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Burke Funeral Home (150 Church St, Belleville, ON K8N3B9). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. James Cemetery (631 Dundas St W, Belleville, ON K8N4Z2). A reception was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Burke Funeral Home (150 Church St, Belleville, ON K8N3B9).
