He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Descent and Kathleen Descent. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his daughters, Andrea (Steve) and Melissa (Jason); his grandchildren, Gracie Mae, Sam and Nick; and his brother David (Cheryl).
