She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald James Smith; her siblings, Dorothy, Joan and Ralph; and her granddaughter Sylvia Hubbs.

She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Hubbs, Warren (Kelly) and Doug (Jaime); her brother Jim Sopha; and her grandchildren, Julie Smalldon (Trevor), Michelle Guernsey (Randy), Brad Hubbs (Samantha), Rylee Smith, Payden, Cade, Emersyn, Alayna, Ethan, Scottlyn and Waylon.

Donations to Hastings Manor Auxiliary or Palliative Care at BGH would be appreciated by the family.
