He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Benn and Marion Benn (Hill); and his siblings, Lynda Wickett (late Tipp), Janet Jung (late Armon), Carol LeBlanc, Kenny Benn, Ron Benn (Lynn) and Allan Benn.
He is survived by: his son Matthew Benn; his siblings, Eileen LeFaivre and Brian Benn; and his nephew Les (Stan Jung). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
