It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Blouin (Belleville, Ontario), who passed away on March 4, 2018, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Sylvio Blouin and Marie-Laure Blouin; his wife Helene Samuelson; his children, Rebecca Virkutis (Rob), Shaun and Paul Blouin; his siblings, Odette, Brigitte, Celine, Marc and Denis (Lise); and his children, Eloise and Caleb.
