He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Blakely and Hannah Blakely. He is survived by: his wife Ann Marie Blakely; his sons, Clarence Blakely (Lorraine) and Jerry Blakely (Janet); and his grandchildren, Adam Blakely and Madison Blakely.
